We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager itself does not store any cookies and does not collect any personal data. It serves solely to manage and trigger other tags or services, which in turn may collect data; integrated services – where consent is required – are only triggered after you have given your consent. Fonts (Adobe Fonts)
To ensure consistent font display, we use Adobe Fonts (formerly ‘Typekit’), a service provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland (parent company: Adobe Inc., 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110, USA). When you visit our website, your browser loads the necessary fonts from Adobe’s servers to display text correctly. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Adobe. According to Adobe, no cookies are set for the delivery of the fonts. Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the consistent and attractive presentation of our online offering in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Map
To display locations or regions, we use an SVG map (vector graphic) integrated into our website, which is served from our own server. We do not use any external map services (e.g. Google Maps). No personal data is transmitted to third parties via the map.

Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process any additional details that users may provide voluntarily. To send you our newsletter, we require your email address and your confirmation that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have signed up for the newsletter, we will therefore send you a confirmation email containing a link to confirm your registration (double opt-in). To send and manage our newsletter, we use the Mailster newsletter system, which is hosted on our own server. Your data is therefore not transferred to an external mailing service provider. To provide evidence of the registration process, we store the time of registration and confirmation, as well as your IP address. The processing is carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time with future effect.

Voucher Shop
We have integrated an external voucher shop into our website, through which you can purchase vouchers. This shop is operated by INCERT eTourismus GmbH & Co KG, Leonfeldner Straße 328, 4040 Linz, Austria. The data entered during the voucher purchase process (in particular, title, first name and surname, address, email address, payment details and order details) is collected by the voucher shop and processed by INCERT on our behalf as part of data processing on our behalf in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR . The data is required for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures; without this data, the voucher purchase cannot be processed. Data will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent that this is necessary for the performance of the contract (in particular to the payment service provider for the debiting of the purchase price) or where required by statutory retention and record-keeping obligations. The data will be stored for the duration of the statutory retention periods and the warranty and redemption periods under voucher law. Social media presence
We maintain a presence on social networks and platforms in order to communicate with users, prospective customers and customers who are active there. When accessing these networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing policies of the respective operators apply.
