We, G.A. Service GmbH, are committed to ensuring the digital accessibility of our website and

01. Current Status of Compliance with Requirements

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the Web Accessibility Guidelines
according to the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG). We are continuously working
to identify and remove existing barriers.

02. Non-Accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations:

SVG Map:
The interactive SVG map used on this page for selecting federal states is
currently not fully accessible. In particular, the map function cannot be used in
all cases with assistive technologies or solely via keyboard.

As an accessible alternative, a selection field
“Federal States” with the same functionality is available directly below the map. All federal states can be selected via this form field. The selection field is keyboard-operated
and accessible for assistive technologies.

b) Disproportionate burden:

Videos on YouTube:
Videos are hosted and published on the YouTube video platform. It is not
possible to provide the required audio descriptions or a textual alternative (WCAG success criteria 1.2.3 (Audio Description) and 1.2.5 (Media Alternative)),
meaning the spoken content is not available to deaf users. We believe that rectifying this would constitute a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations.

Videos in general:

Some recorded videos and audio files lack the required audio description

or a textual alternative (WCAG success criteria 1.2.3 (audio description) and 1.2.5

(media alternative)), making the spoken content unavailable to deaf users.

We believe that rectifying this would constitute a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations.

PDF:

Our PDF documents are not fully accessible. If you require a specific PDF file from us that is not yet available in an accessible format, please let us know via our contact form.

We are working on further improvements to provide accessible PDF documents and ask that you contact us if you encounter any barriers.
c) The content is not within the scope of the applicable

legislation:
• live-streamed time-based media
• online maps and mapping services
• internal areas and external tools
• external content such as social media feeds
